Arms & Back

Good Morning everyone! Today’s post is on working back and arms. It’s important to work both of these muscles groups,
because of what they do for the body. Having a strong back is important, because it helps with posture and support of the body.
Having strong back muscles also helps to keep the stomach in.Your arms are important to work not only to gain strength,
but to also prevent future injury when putting stress on those muscles.


Today I'll be showing you a few exercises to work these muscle groups out. We'll start with back.
The first exercise will be LAT Pulldowns. You want to do this movement for 3 sets with 10 reps (3x10).
Focus on good form, and keeping the back straight when pulling down, not at an angle.
Another exercise that is great for your back is seated rows. Seated rows are a great movement that will really help you to squeeze those back muscles. You'll want to do the movement for 3x10 at a light weight just focusing on form.



For arms we will do Tricep Rope Pulldowns for 3x10. This exercise is all about pulling the weight down, controlling it on the way up to a 90 degree angle, and pulling it back down. Its all about the form, not how much weight you're doing. This movement will isolate your triceps giving them a great workout. The next workout will be Bicep Curls. You'll do this movement for 3x10 with whatever weight you feel comfortable with. This is another great movement that isolates the muscle. Just remember to keep proper form when doing these, so that you get the best results.
